A crime comedy in two acts by Jürgen Baumgarten Sir George is plagued by debt. Financial improvement is no longer in sight in this life. As an old-fashioned man of honor, he has therefore made the only decision possible for a true gentleman: He wants to end his life. Lady Ellen, his wife, wants to embark on this journey with him. But suicide is not so easy and things go wrong. When Sir George learns that his insurance won't pay a penny for suicide, he has to change his plans. A paid murderer is needed! But of course he also wants something in return for his services. Sir George promises him a valuable diamond ring. He finds a piece of jewelry that looks like this in a chewing gum machine. It is no coincidence that the play is set in England: the characters are British and quirky and black British humor shines through everywhere.
