Experience a transformative journey to your inner self with my two hour Cacao, Spiritual Dancing & Soundbath Special.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony that gently brings you in touch with your inner self. The sacred cacao strengthens your intuition and opens your heart. The ceremonial cacao helps us to descend from the head into the heart to dive deeper into the experience of the course. We then use this connection for Spiritual Dancing. We explore the four elements of earth, water, fire and air with the help of our energy centers "chakras". Let the movements flow to spiritual music and actively release inner blockages as you connect deeply with your essence and energy centers. Discover the healing power of movement and find access to your spiritual self.

Afterwards, I invite you to a 60-minute sound bath, where the soothing sounds of my crystal singing bowls and a guided meditation on self-love will lead you into deep relaxation. The vibrations of the singing bowls promote healing, stress reduction and a feeling of deep inner peace.

In preparation for the joint cocoa ceremony, it is best not to eat anything or only lightly 3-4 hours beforehand and avoid caffeine so that the effect can fully unfold within you.
