CHAI AND REVOLUTION VOL. 5 Mourning, hope, utopias on 22.01.2025
The program:
A Safer Space will take place from 18:00 to 19:30. This protected, moderated space is open to people of all genders and social positions. We want to deal with grief and hope together or with ourselves. There will be various impulses and creative and movement-oriented activities. It is only possible to join the Safer Space until 6.15 p.m. to avoid disruptions.
After a short break, the event will open at 7.30pm for all interested parties to share poetry, music or other performances on hope & utopias on our Open Stage. There is room for contributions from participants who would like to share their words, thoughts, music or other creative approach to the topic with us.
Prior registration is possible via instagram to @chaiandrevolution or by email to feministischaktion@riseup.net
Afterwards, the space is open for exchange, networking around our utopias and the steps we want to take together.
The event will mainly be held in German. We are happy if different languages are represented in the performance/open stage part. Talking about grief and hope is very personal and can sometimes be very stressful. We therefore ask for a lot of sensitivity and reflection on one's own position in relation to racism and anti-Semitism as well as misogynistic and other power relations.
An awareness team will be available on site.
Light refreshments with chai and snacks will be provided. Additional cold drinks can be purchased on site.
Admission is free of charge.
