Comedy, poetry & music cabaret
1995 - 2025: 30 years of Christian Hirdes! (known from "TV TOTAL", "Quatsch Comedy Club", "Nightwash", "Stratmanns" etc.)
From "No Woman in Kray" to "Buchstabensuppe mit Gendersternchen": Christian Hirdes has been active on cabaret and comedy stages as a music cabaret artist and self-proclaimed "comic poet" for 30 years, once winning prestigious cabaret awards such as the "Prix Pantheon", "Tegtmeiers Erben" and the "St. Ingberter Pfanne" and delighting audiences with his stories about "Lisa and her four Chinese friends Li, Si, Tsi and Tsu".
In his program "KOMMT", the Bochum native with a Mülheim migration background presents a mix of tried-and-tested highlights - and always new ideas. Especially when looking back on the year 2024 full of festive days: the Basic Law celebrated its 75th birthday, as did the currywurst, which is probably even more important for our country. Herbert Grönemeyer's cult album "4630 Bochum" turned 40 and marijuana cultivation became legal.
Topics upon topics that the 50-year-old Ruhr Valley artist knows how to tackle with piano, guitar and wordplay. But you can also look forward to amusing everyday stories, one-night stands among mayflies and a Noah's Ark without Boa, involuntary climate glue and a failed wedding serenade.
