CLAUS FISCHER is regarded as one of the best and internationally most respected bassists from Germany. Not only through his work with the TV band HEAVY-TONES, but also through many years of live touring for international stars such as Larry Carlton, he has established himself as a top bassist worldwide. In November 2022, Claus released
Claus released his solo CD "Downland".

Radius is one of the hottest German funk bands and has been rocking stages with its energetic music for over ten years. For their latest album "Tight Game", they have enriched their funky songs with influences from soul, jazz and pop. The experienced musicians have already performed on stage with greats such as the WDR Bigband, Die Fantastischen Vier, Heavytones, the HR Bigband, Chris Potter, Becca Stevens, Bob Mintzer, Tom Gaebel, Jamal Thomas and Jeff Cascaro.

Georg Pilger & Ralf Schmitz present the German bassist CLAUS FISCHER with his BAND and the Cologne funk band RADIUS in the usual relaxed atmosphere with talk, interviews and anecdotes from 15 years of JazzrockTV.
JazzrockTV has been reporting on jazz rock & fusion for 15 years with interviews, concert recordings, sessions and information. Thanks to many fans, supporters and friends in Germany and around the world, JazzrockTV has firmly established itself in the world of jazz rock.
To mark this anniversary, JazzrockTV, with the support and in cooperation with Thomas Kimmerle and MUXX.TV, is organizing a unique jazz rock live show on 23 November 2024 at the Pantheon Theater in Bonn.
Ralf Schmitz from Cologne and Georg Pilger from Bonn operate the format via the JazzrockTV website, as well as via YouTube, Vimeo, iTunes and can also be found on cable and satellite television as a channel of the Internet music television MUXX.TV.
JazzrockTV started as a pilot project for an Internet television concept. With the support of musicians, bands, promoters and venues, JazzrockTV quickly developed into a unique platform for the jazz rock scene. It broadcasts from the JazzrockTV studio in Cologne's Südstadt district, from local concerts in the Cologne/Bonn area and nationwide.
For 15 years now, JazzrockTV has not only reported on local jazz rock stars such as Wolfgang Schmid (bassist of Klaus Doldinger's PASSPORT), Peter Herbolzheimer, Lars Duppler, Nils Wülker and Rüdiger Baldauf, but also features interviews with international superstars such as Michael Landau, The Yellowjackets, Omar Hakim, Billy Cobham, Steve Lukather, Dean Brown, Bill Evans and Jeff Lorber.
