Color my world

Exhibition by Linda De Santo, Inge Ehlert and Eckart Heidenreich at the Kunstforum:

The paintings by Linda de Santo and Eckart Heidenreich, predominantly figurative in oil or acrylic, are an expression of the joy of painting and color and a reflection of the worlds of life. The landscape paintings reflect the desire to snatch the rapidly changing scenery of the seasons and light conditions from the transience. The viewer's eye should be stimulated, guided and also seduced. Not the imposing eye-catchers, but the side glances, the inconspicuous at first glance, become the subject of the pictures and invite the viewer to look at them. Reflections, reflections or angles that are not immediately recognizable challenge the viewer to linger longer.

Linda de Santo and Eckart Heidenreich live in Munich and Chiemgau and have shared this passion for many years. Both retired, they are intensively involved in all aspects of art and painting, seeking exchange and contact with a wide variety of artists at academies and in seminars, courses and study programs.

Inge Ehlert 's works are created on canvas using acrylic and mixed media (pastels, oil pastels, collages, charcoal and ink). The pigments make the colors glow and are accentuated by the powdery surfaces. Her love of poetry led to a fusion of painting and poetry. Poetry forms the basis of many of her works - as does her love of the mountains. Currently, her artistic exploration of artificial intelligence is coming into focus. Inge Ehlert maintains an ongoing dialog about new techniques and their artistic spectrum in the "Neue Künstlerkolonie Brannenburg" as well as in courses and further education. Inge Ehlert lives in Brannenburg and works as a social pedagogue in Rosenheim.
