Coming from the depths of the Berlin underground scene, Cosey Mueller is a self-made musician who harks back to the sound of the glorious DAF, Liaisons Dangereuse and Suicide. A raw, very danceable and powerful sound that explores electronic sounds in the most intuitive way, never forgetting the love for rock n roll. After the release of her debut album "Interior Escapes" in 2021, she is back in 2023 with a new release "Irrational Habits". Her music is characterized by repetitive synthesizer melodies, explosive beats, expressive vocals and a playful use of language. A pulsating, shimmering and danceable live experience is guaranteed.
Characterized by driving sequencer bass lines, floating guitar sounds, synthesizer melodies, deep vocals and a touch of 80s aesthetics, SHOSTA moves somewhere between the influences of DAF and Depeche Mode.
Support: SHOSTA have now released an EP, two albums and various singles, all of them a dark promise for lovers of the black scene and dark pop.
