Craft Comedy Open Mic

In the organizer's words:

Is German comedy too hackneyed for you? Would you rather laugh with someone and not at them? Then our Open Mics are the right place for you!

Five times a month, 6 to 8 comedians take to our stage for two hours to test out their latest material.

Whether you're a newcomer or a full-time stand-up, Open Mics is the place to learn and improve your craft. This makes every show unique and unpredictable, there is laughter and celebration but also the occasional failure.

Price information: We want to make our shows accessible to everyone, because we believe that everyone should be able to afford comedy. That's why we give you the option to pay the price you can afford at the Box Office, no questions asked or proof required. Unfortunately, we can't set the ticket price freely in advance, because we want to use this money to pay travel expenses for our artists, improve the stand-up scene in Bremen and the surrounding area, create bigger and more elaborate shows and, most importantly, maintain the solidarity price at the Box Office. However, anyone who buys a ticket in advance can be sure of getting a seat. Tickets may be sold out at the box office or all seats may be taken, so it's worth coming early.
