Hello lovelies,
Crash - the oldest discotheque in Munich says "Welcome back to Rock-City Munich".
Yes, CRASH is the oldest rock disco in Munich - since 1968 after all - and with a corresponding tradition.
For years, this place was our regular meeting place. We've made long-standing friends there, rocked, partied, loved and cried. I'm sure you remember.
In the meantime, CRASH was no longer the right place for us "old guys". But that has changed in the last 2 years. We're playing real rock again!
Sunny and I talked to Karin and Hasso and found a rock-savvy DJ in Bäda.
So on February 14th the first
CRASH CLASSICS night will take place for the first time.
We will be playing the rock oldies from the 60s, 70s and 80s that we ourselves enjoyed at CRASH in the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
Some examples are Queen, the Stones, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Jim Morrison, CCR, Springsteen, BTO, Uriah Heep, Tina Turner, and many more from this very genre. So CRASH will once again be the place to be for us rock lovers.
If this first event goes down well, further dates are already planned for the coming months -on the second Friday of each month. So if you finally want to have a place to enjoy good music in a suitable environment together with old - and perhaps new - friends,
then your appearance on February 14th is almost "obligatory".
