Der ELIF Verlag: Unwahrscheinliche Lyrik seit 2011

Dinçer Güçyeter, who has been awarded the Peter Huchel Prize and the Leipzig Book Fair Prize, among others, for his own writing, is not only a celebrated writer, as the publisher of ELIF Verlag he is no less deserving of literature and literary life in this country.
Focusing on the publication of poetry, hardly any other publisher knows how to take the pulse of the times with various lyrical forms of expression - a phenomenon of our time, experimental, political, classical, soft, brusque - and always full of poetry.
Together with Wolfgang Schiffer, author, translator and editor at ELIF Verlag, he will be a guest at Cologne-based Kupido Literaturverlag's Depot Bookshop for Independent Publishers on September 9 and will present his publishing house and its strategies for living and surviving as an independent company.
