There are days when nothing seems to work out and everything seems hopeless; such a day is experienced by the child in the picture book "The Red Tree". While everything threatens to sink into black leaves in the morning, a little plant sprouts at the end of the day, which soon turns into a bright red tree. Director Hannah Biedermann and the Moks ensemble take us on a journey through a feeling and present an imaginative series of images about the difficult and gray days that are part of life. With whimsical scenes, songs and subtle humor, the ensemble explores the question of what can give us hope, confidence and comfort to get through these days. Mascha Mihoa Bischoff, who is known for her extravagant and opulent costume designs, as already seen at the Moks in the production "Monsta", will be at their side as set designer for the realization of the visually stunning original.
