Ann-Kathrin Rothermel (she/her) is a postdoc at the University of Bern and researches the role of gender in the mobilization of far-right parties in six European countries as part of the UNTWIST project. Her scientific focus is on the intersection between gender and political violence, especially with regard to radicalization and mobilization processes in online communities of the so-called manosphere. In our talk, we will delve into the world of digital men's rights activists and shed light on the connections between right-wing discourses and the manosphere.
