Fading Tour 2024
It took nine years for Die Art to announce: "We have a new album". What was achieved every year in the nineties takes a little longer today. And we don't want to say that the band has been lazy. Four of their own singles and several split singles have been released since 2014 and, taken together, would even make a full-length record. But sought-after rarities are one thing, a new, magnificent album is a completely different, much more complex matter. And let's not forget that the band, like all other artists, was robbed of several good years.
But now it's here, it's called "Fading", is in front of you as an LP or CD and creeps into your brain song by song. It travels on and once it has reached your heart, it won't let you go.
Of course, a concert is not an album show, so fans of the band don't have to do without the much-loved songs from the early years. It's all in the mix, as the band has always said, and they even mix songs into their program that date back to a time when Die Art was still called Die Zucht.
