In the organizer's words:

They agreed on one thing right from the start: they would definitely find something better than death. But what did the donkey, dog, cat and rooster actually find after driving the robbers out of their hut? Just a protective roof over their heads? A new home? Or a community? How do you live together when you are so different and have different needs?

Because music almost always helps, the four "city music animals" take donkeys at their word and grab microphones and instruments. The stories are their own, but what kind of music is the right one? And does it take a good choreography, a snappy band name or simply lots of rehearsals to actually make a name for yourself?

The JES ensemble tells the Brothers Grimm fairy tale from a special angle, with lots of live music.
