In the organizer's words:

The open-mic scene in Cologne has developed well, so we will make our contribution to its further development. We want to promote a solid collective of artists that we value and believe in.
What does that mean in concrete terms, we will no longer be an open mic, but a talent factory, we want to have the best of the scene and challenge them to regularly present new material with us and to constantly develop themselves further.
We want the audience to become an integral part of the show format, which is why we have decided to keep admission Free admission and continue to rely on voluntary donations. We want to create a living room atmosphere in which the artists as well as the audience are permanent guests, so come and visit us in our living room in Nippes at Heimathirsch
