Die Kinderrechte – Lesung & Workshop

Do you know the rights of the child? They have been enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child for 35 years and have been signed by most countries in the world. Unfortunately, this does not mean that everyone is aware of children's rights, nor that they are respected everywhere. In order to change this, twelve female educators have written a book together: You are not always RIGHT. But you always have rights!

Barbara Peters reads from this storybook. She presents individual children's rights and sings the groovy "Elbautor*innen-Kinderrechte-Song"Achtet unsre Rechte! Respect our rights!". She will answer all the questions she can. We will discuss your rights and how they can be better enforced. After the reading, you can write your own little children's rights stories.
