In 2025, Die Krupps are celebrating this extraordinary anniversary with a new chapter: Their long-awaited new album will be released in the second half of the year, capturing the essence of the band and combining their strengths in an impressive way. Machine-hard beats meet dark, atmospheric melodies, anthemic choruses merge with uncompromising lyrics - Die Krupps remain true to their DNA, but reinvent themselves once again. Jürgen Engler, the driving creative force and tireless soul of the band, founder, musical visionary, composer and multi-instrumentalist, and Ralf Dörper, the visionary lyricist and sound artist, are more than ready to write the next chapter in the history of Die Krupps. Together with drummer extraordinaire Paul Keller and new addition and guitarist Dylan Smith, they make it clear: the industrial revolution is far from over.

A special enrichment for the band: Dylan Smith, known from his time with the legendary The Sisters of Mercy, now strengthens Die Krupps with his unique stage presence and musical experience. Schattenmann are a special phenomenon on the German music scene. Over the course of four albums ("Licht an", 2018; "Epidemie", 2019; "Chaos", 2021; "Día de Muertos", 2023), the band has continuously developed and honed their sound into cutting-edge metal with contemporary industrial influences. With their latest album "Día de Muertos", which reached number 10 in the German album charts in 2023, Schattenmann once again proved that they are one of the most innovative and powerful bands on the scene.
