In summer 2019, actor, singer and dancer Markus Maria Winkler explored the collection of fairy tales by the brothers Jakob Grimm (1785-1863) and Wilhelm Grimm (1786-1859) and found an interesting, multifaceted and lively piece of linguistic and cultural history. In his new program "The Fairy Tales of the Brothers Grimm", he tells well-known and unknown folk tales as a storyteller, which are given a very special touch of wit, horror and liveliness through his acting. Enjoy the journey into the Middle Ages. Experience the happiness and suffering of kings, princesses and princes, witches and goblins, talking animals, fairies and devils and relive the images from your childhood.
