The popular fairy tale by Friedrich Wolf in a family Christmas concert with music by Gioacchino Rossini

When Friedrich Wolf wrote the story of the goose "Gustje" in 1946, which miraculously escapes its fate of ending up as a crispy Christmas roast on the Löwenhaupt family's plates, the triumph of vegetarianism was not even remotely conceivable. Today it is the fairy tale of the hour. In the traditional family Christmas concert on the first national holiday, the story, which has been popular for generations, is told by HOT actor Joachim Berger and served up with many well-known melodies of Gioacchino Rossini's lively and humorous orchestral music. And of course, young and old are once again invited to sing Christmas carols together. Because, as opera singer Luitpold Löwenhaupt is convinced: "You have to do something for the heart!"
