What kind of dance craze goes on every night? Loud music and cheerful laughter emanate from the daughters' room, but they won't let anyone in. The king has commissioned three gentlemen to find an answer. In fact, the door opens twelve times for them and twelve daughters introduce themselves. Each one different, each one mysterious. Each with her own music and dance. Together, the Twelve involve their masters in ever more elaborate dances...
