In the organizer's words:

Dimo and Bumba! Probably the strangest band in the world. A dancer, magician and quick-change artist meets a completely unanticipatable guitarist. Will that go well? Certainly not!

They are unpredictable, like a bouncy ball thrown into the room, strikingly sensual, like a piece of lavender cheese and abnormal, like a good old wine mixed with K-Classic Cola. Their songs are about natural plants in traditional Asian ramen dishes, the courtship behavior of European eels and 9Live presenters who get into a rage.

Dimo and Bumba are the cascade of madness made flesh, mixed with a little pinch of entertainment-singer-songwriter-punk-rock-pop and an unhealthy amount of megalomania.
To conclude with the words of a great thinker of modern times: "Let yourselves be enchanted by their secret, the juice brings the strength, the adventure laughs. DIMO AND BUMBA"

Johannes Scheurich - that's the deepest voice in Leipzig, the Bela B. of indie pop and not for nothing the Leipzig Songslam champion. The Mecklenburg native is just as comfortable with big emotions as he is with blunt social criticism; laughter and melancholy go hand in hand at his shows. In 2020, the singer-songwriter released his remarkable debut EP "Jetzt und hier" (Now and Here) completely independently, which he has been performing successfully on stages across the country ever since. Just over a year later, the first longplayer "Mehr davon" was released - the record release concert at the Moritzbastei was sold out. After more than 30,000 Spotify streams and 15,000 views on YouTube, Scheurich has also been on stage with a band since June 2022.
