Don Worri presents: wonder/woman & Toxodon

Pau Wunder and Tossia Corman have been making music together ever since they met. And that's quite a while, since they come from the same family. According to the old saying "music is thicker than water", they have found a common language that unites them inimitably.

Both are masters of their craft and are also independently active in the local music scene. Paul studied bass and sound engineering in Düsseldorf, Tossia studied singing in Osnabrück. Reduced to bass and vocals, they interpret songs in a highly intimate setting. Sounds mysterious? It's wonder/woman.

Toxodon

Toxodon lives! In deep remembrance of the herbivore that became extinct 13,000 years ago, the prehistoric trio improvises its way through tall grass and vast steppes.

Since forming their open-air band at the Moers Festival 2023, drummer Simon Camatta, electric guitarist Raissa Mehner and vibraphonist Salome Amend have only just survived with the help of electronics and Pliocene gadgetry. Thematic heads emerging from the thicket and wildly original compositions force them to leave safe paths.
Toxodon's short but muscular legs didn't end in thirteen for no reason, so that it still stands by us today as an analogy pulled by the bristly hair:

Three toes, three syllables, three musicians from three cities combine the Ruhr, Rhineland and Bergisches Land to create a foolhardy jumble of semi-aquatic soundscapes and rugged independent rock.
