In the organizer's words:
Short episodes from the life of a you, here called Norma. A you who is born as a girl, brought up as a girl and leads a life as a woman. An exaggerated, nasty game with gender-conforming patterns of behavior in a system that rewards gender-typical behavior. Norma's courage and her rebellion against everything that doesn't suit her is swallowed by the social system, virtually unimpressed, and rendered ineffective. So she learns to conform to expectations. The system thanks her briefly and then drops her again.
