DU (Normen) by Philipp Löhle.
Six chapters from the life of a you, here called Normen. A you who is born as a boy, brought up as a boy and leads a life as a man. An exaggerated, nasty game with gender-conforming behavior patterns in a system that rewards gender-typical behavior.
Normen quickly learns that he can only survive if he shows no weakness, and so sails through life with some luck and increasing unscrupulousness. The system thanks him and promotes him further up the ladder.content warning: we address sexualized violence, violence against women and children, abuse of power.
