What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free dance form for all ages.
There is no technique or set steps.
This means that the dancers are completely free to move and express their movement impulses.
Together we create a space of trust and a safe place where we can simply be who we are - a little break from everyday life.
Come along and try it out!
PROCEDURE
- 16:45 Admission, arrival
- 17:00 Opening circle, warm up
- 17:30 Dance
- 19:30 Chill out, closing
- 20:00 Closing Circle
We ask you to stay with us from start to finish, for a safe space in which we can dive deep.
