Lamrim is Tibetan for stages of the path. Through a regular Lamrim meditation practice, we systematically train our mind in Buddhist views that not only give us more inner peace and contentment in the here and now, but which in total carry us all the way to enlightenment.
You then meditate on the individual meditations of the Lamrim cycle daily or at a different rhythm that suits you.
This introduction gives you a basis for independent practice at home. However, you can also join our weekly Lamrim evening on Thursdays at any time - either because you would like additional inspiration or guidance for the individual meditations, or because you simply enjoy meditating together with others.
As part of this event, we will be practicing Meditation No. 1, the meditation on our precious human life.
