Lawyer Rita seems trapped in a frustrating job in Mexico City until a mysterious caller offers her a lot of money for a not entirely legal assignment. No more can be revealed about this ludicrous mixture of musical, thriller and telenovela melodrama. Who would have thought that the otherwise hyper-masculine Jacques Audiard (A PROPHET) would make a movie that would have made Pedro Almodóvar proud. With a fantastic ensemble around Zoë Zaldana, who was awarded the acting prize in Cannes.
