In the organizer's words:

What's better than a trombone? Four trombones!!! From the trombone section work of the big band, Prof. Dan Gottshall develops a very special kind of ensemble sound together with his instrumental class Jazz Trombone and an energetic rhythm section. With so much "bone" power on stage, the back-and-forth trumpets perform two sets full of wonderful harmonies and wild dissonances and, above all, a tight section sound that you rarely get to hear.
