The opening concert has never been so diverse: in addition to brilliant piano playing by Giorgi Gigashvili and an impressive concert melodrama with Luisa Neubauer, the Kammerakademie Potsdam with shooting star Elim Chan on the podium brings a breath of fresh air to the Bonn Opera. At the beginning, the techno-marching band MEUTE instigates a mutiny in the opera house. At the same time, Kammerakademie and MEUTE perform in reverse order for free and outside on Münsterplatz. A radically democratic opening concert to a Beethovenfest that celebrates togetherness.
