Fashion & Food Festival Freiburg

For two days, the focus in Freiburg city center is on fashion, food and urban lifestyle.

The Freiburg Fashion & Food Festival returns and once again transforms Freiburg city center into a lively hotspot for fashion, food and lifestyle. On September 26, 2024, the pre-opening in Konviktstraße will set the mood for the event. The festival will then take place throughout the city center on 27 and 28 September.

Visitors can expect a varied program with fashion shows, musical acts, dance and acrobatic performances as well as a diverse range of food. New this year is a matchmaking format that connects young labels, designers and food & drink start-ups with retailers. Interested labels and start-ups will have the opportunity to present themselves in the retail spaces. This not only benefits the newcomers, but the collaboration also promises fresh impetus and unique discoveries for everyone involved. In cooperation with the gastronomy and club scene in Freiburg's city center, the daytime program will be supplemented this year by after-show parties that will carry the festival atmosphere late into the night.

On Saturday, September 28, use of the VAG public transport system will be free of charge during the festival.

The Freiburg Fashion & Food Festival is organized by Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG (FWTM), supported by Badische Zeitung, z'Friburg in der Stadt e.V., Herzschlag Freiburg, Schneckenvorstadt and the merchant initiatives in Konviktstraße and Rathausgasse. In addition, numerous regional cooperation partners from various sectors, such as FAEX from Berlin/Bremen, are also taking part.

This year, Volksbank Freiburg and Sparkasse Freiburg-Nördlicher Breisgau are once again participating as sponsors under the motto #gemeinsamfürdieinnenstadtfreiburg.
