Activist, Vogue cover model, meticulous sound selector: Bashkka - a name that translates from Turkish as "different" - is currently turning the electronic music scene inside out between fabric in London, Berghain in Berlin and her residency at Blitz in Munich! The trans woman stands for a breath of fresh air and a queer statement with an exclamation mark, who can also be a leading figure for a completely rethought countercultural identity, as was the founding idea of techno before the turn of the millennium. Prism founder and Dornheim resident DJ Denny Voltage heats up the ballroom, Bashkka releases her inner fire at peak time and ucla adds more hardness afterwards. Counterpart: Dornheim residents Markus Mutzenbacher and Julian Fischer take over the Fausterei with timeless techno and trance sounds.
