FC-Frauen: Letztes Heimspiel des Jahres

On Monday, December 16, 2024, the FC women await RB Leipzig for the last home game of the year. Kick-off at the Franz Kremer Stadium is at 6 pm.

Tickets are available from 7 euros in the FC online store. There are also offers for families.

The opponent

RB Leipzig are having a strong season and are in a stable mid-table position in their second year. 16 points after eleven games currently means seventh place in the table. The goalkeeper is Elvira Herzog, a former FC keeper, while Marleen Schimmer moved from Cologne to Leipzig last summer.

The atmosphere

So far, over 1,500 spectators have flocked to each of the home games at the Franz Kremer Stadium. The derby against Bayer 04 Leverkusen even attracted 2,600 fans. Last matchday, the FC women recorded an important 1:0 away win at Turbine Potsdam. Goalscorer Alena Bienz said after the match: "The win is also for our fans, because they support us always and everywhere."

Arrival, shuttle service and stadium opening

Fans are requested to arrive by bike or public transport on the day of the home match, as the main parking lot and the forest parking lot at Geißbockheim will be closed. There will also be a free shuttle service. The free shuttle service to the game on Monday will not depart from the REWE parking lot in Hürth as usual, but from parking lot S5 of the RheinEnergieSTADION. From there, the shuttle service to the Franz Kremer Stadium and back will be offered between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Supporting program for families

The Pänzclub of 1. FC Köln will, as usual, be there with the Pänzclub-Hennes for children.

Fanshop open

The FC fan store at the Geißbockheim will also be open on Monday and will close approximately half an hour after the final whistle.
