For 20 years, gifted chef Eugénie has been in the service of legendary gourmet Dodin Bouffant, creating delicious dishes with him. Over the years, their time together in the kitchen and their passion for cooking has grown into much more than just a love of food. But Eugénie does not want to give up her freedom and has no intention of marrying Dodin. So he decides to do something he has never done before: cook for her.
