PAULA and David Barth - Two regional singer-songwriters invite you to a joint acoustic concert at Theater La Lune!

PAULA is an up-and-coming musician from Stuttgart. Her incredibly honest and approachable lyrics reflect a generation that seeks to talk about topics such as mental health, heartbreak and self-discovery. She releases her own songs and covers via platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, which attract a lot of attention. Her tracks reach thousands of streams, allowing her to build a growing fan base. PAULA is featured in major playlists such as New Music Daily and Deutschpop Deluxe and is considered one of the "rising" newcomers of the year on platforms such as Tidal and Apple Music. With her emotional German pop, she captures the current zeitgeist, is the voice of a generation and was nominated for the German Songwriting Award in the "Pop" category.

David Barth likes to listen to Gisbert zu Knyphausen, sounds most like Hannes Wittmer aka Spacemann Spiff and is then - because unfortunately not everyone knows him - musically associated with Johannes Oerding. In short: modern, thoughtful songwriting on acoustic guitar, alternating between harmonious guitar picking and eruptive "Schrammelphasen". Lyrically, with a safe distance to "Menschen, Leben, Tanzen, Welt" (People, Life, Dancing, World), the two are sometimes about places of residence and new beginnings, sometimes about old companions or the ragging, the bottom of the sea and buoyancy. This is certainly nothing revolutionary new, but it is always intimately moving and always authentic.
