The varied XXL workout in university sports
If a normal fitness course is no longer enough for you, you should not miss this opportunity. We invite you to take part in our fitness marathon at University Sports. In this fitness mix, we offer you three hours of non-stop insights into popular fitness trends. After every 20-25 minutes, not only the type of sport changes, but also the trainer. The order of the workouts is chosen to ensure a balanced load profile and that all participants can keep up with the non-stop program. Everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to take part in all the workouts or just some of them. If you can't make it in time for the start of the event, you can also use the late check-in ticket and join in at half-time.
