In the organizer's words:

"Seeing the other" and "Seeing the other": every photographer has their very own view of the world. How we see, what we see and which personal feelings flow into it is shaped by the respective personality with its different interests, likes or dislikes. This "personal view" is an ideal basis for the development of an individual visual language, but it can also lead to a one-sided and narrow view of the world - whenever no truly new paths are taken or tried out. We set ourselves new photographic challenges. We leave our comfort zones. We consciously photograph from different angles. We adopt new perspectives. And switch off the "autopilot" in our vision. This opens up new creative possibilities for us to see the world - and our city in particular - in a different way every now and then. In our exhibition, we will present a selection of photographs that show what we "see differently" and how we "see differently".

Our photography is characterized by the development of individual creativity, playful curiosity, openness to new possibilities and interpretations, the courage to overcome our own habits and limitations as well as changes in seeing, thinking and perception. Surprising, modern, creative, abstract and minimalist images are an invitation to mindful and conscious perception.

The exhibition will be accompanied by several workshops, lectures and multimedia shows.
