Freiham Future Lightwalk

Light art walks immerse the Freiham construction site in impressive images. Two evenings full of unexpected impressions show Freiham in a new light.

If you have some free time, why not come to Freiham? It's not in the north of Munich, but in the wild west of the city. We are building a new city! 5000 are already there, are free, no more cars, no more parking spaces, a lonely, romantic ice cream parlor on the doorstep, cheerleading shows and rugby. 30,000 will be there - eventually! An Eldorado for all construction workers. Surreal Pumuckl streets on Munich's fresh air corridor. Parks, thermal power stations and highways. Great rave locations, skyscrapers, a street named after Rosa Kempf and the dark and wicked Centa-Hafenbrädl-Straße. High time to shine a light on this dark chapter of Munich's urban politics with video artist Vanessa Hafenbrädl and Mathias Stadler. Freiham also deserves more freedom, permissiveness and sexiness. Please dress extra hot and help build this new sexy city.
