Yay, spring is here! Many people long for spring every year. It's finally getting brighter and warmer outside, nature is coming back to life and most people's mood and motivation are rising. For this reason, I invite you to open yourself up to spring and the beginning of a new annual cycle today.
The event will last about 1 hour and, in addition to the guided meditation, there will be the opportunity for exchange and questions. If you have one, please bring a yoga or sleeping mat and your cushion/bench.
