A look into the pots and pans of the monastery kitchen
Living in harmony with creation is something we all wish for. In monastic life, it is a basic rule. Their kitchen recipes, some of which are very old, are being rediscovered and enrich our menus. After a brief introduction to the historical background, we will bake, chat and taste together.
