Once free, he used this connection to import large quantities of cocaine to Europe and rise to the top of the Cali cartel - with the international police always just one step behind him. In this four-part documentary series, Peter Dörfler (ACHTERBAHN, THE BIG EDEN) brings this astonishing and breathless criminal career back to life with lively interviews and atmospheric re-enactments.
