Frenchwoman Claire Besson and Czech Ladislav Pazdera take their audience on a fascinating journey into the wonderful world of guitar sounds. Sometimes as soloists, sometimes as a duo: what the two young musicians celebrate on stage remains in the memory and shows the facets of the instrument in a new, fresh way. This concert program is as impressive as it is entertaining and always performed at the highest level. On an exciting musical journey, the program ranges from classical pieces to folk and jazz songs, world music and her own compositions. In addition, Claire sometimes sings in her mother tongue, sometimes in Portuguese or Italian.

Claire Besson is a graduate of the Pôle d'enseignement Supérieur in Paris and is considered one of the most expressive guitarists on the current music scene. As a solo artist and as a soloist with orchestra (including Rodrigo's world-famous "Concierto de Aranjuez") and in smaller ensembles, she has traveled to many European countries and has also performed in China.

The talent and charisma of the young Czech guitarist Ladislav Pazdera is reflected in his own compositions and arrangements as well as in his wide-ranging repertoire of modern guitar music. His guitar playing is spirited, varied and full of color and moves virtuosically between world music, fingerstyle and the concertante tradition of the instrument.
