Ground Conference #14 - After Party mit DJ Ina

In the organizer's words:

We are looking forward to a new festival edition of the Ground Conference!

The battles are and remain the heart of our event - now for the 14th time. The atmosphere is legendary and you have been motivating us to continue developing the format for 8 years now. Thank you for that!

This year, the Ground Conference is also the start of a new cooperation with Theater Aachen. The Open Session, hosted by Kupra, is the start of a monthly series in the Mörgens Theater with changing styles, hosts and DJs. The battles take place in the city center, well connected to public transport. Our partner here is LustAufLife - a gutted former shopping center, a lost place with a unique ambience. Another milestone for our association is that, from this season onwards, we will be performing at a venue in the Barockfabrik, our original home.

Our motivation is to make urban dance culture in all its diversity accessible to a wide audience and at the same time to offer urban dancers and choreographers a platform for exchange, information about professional perspectives and space for experimentation.

For the open session with Tanya Kupra and DJ Slava on 02.10. at Mörgens, audience tickets are available via www.theateraachen.de or at the Box Office for € 5.00. If you want to participate as a dancer, you need our free counting ticket.
