HEART OPENING CIRCLE

Immerse yourself in 2.5 hours full of warmth and cordiality at the Heart Opening Women Circle! This special invites women to come together in a loving space to open their hearts, connect and grow together.

Through a guided meditation, yoga, a sound bath, journaling and other practices, we will ignite the love in our hearts and connect with the universal energy of life.

This is an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with a supportive community of women. Together, let's create a space of healing and growth where each of us can celebrate our uniqueness.

Location: ESCAPADA practice in Harvestehude, a peaceful oasis near the Hallerstraße subway station

Capacity: Limited to 12 participants for a beautifully personal connection
