New state parliaments will be elected in Brandenburg, Saxony and Thuringia in September. That alone would be enough to discuss with Stephan Hebel at the end of the month. More than enough material for Stephan Hebel when he returns to Club Voltaire to shed light on recent events. As usual, he will not only present facts, but also outline connections and ask about the underlying interests. He will also look for signs of hope for a change for the better.
