HIDALGO Sell Your Soul

NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!
DEVILISH SCENES WITH LISZT, MESSIAEN, PAGANINI AND STRAWINSKY

Life is a waiting room - and why should you always let others go first? Why don't you get what you want? Will you sell us your soul for it?
At SELL YOUR SOUL, three musicians play devilish works including the "Mephisto Waltzes" by Franz Liszt, the "Caprices" by the devil's violinist Niccolò Paganini, "Histoire du soldat" by Igor Stravinsky and "Abîme des oiseaux" by Olivier Messiaen.
Our author Barbara Marie Hofmann has written a text for these pieces, which will be interpreted by a narrator.

There will be a free introduction at 7 pm. For school classes, please register at sophia.rieth@hidalgofestival.de.

COME IN TO THE HIDALGO DEPARTMENT STORE!
Our 2024 festival headquarters is the former department store at Stachus. The interim use B-Tween is currently transforming the building into a place for art, culture and events.
We invite you to our events on one of the upper floors - if you cannot use the stairs and need an elevator, please write us a short email beforehand (mail@hidalgofestival.de) or give us a call (089 4444 3184 0).
