Humorous texts between fantasy and everyday life, from cynicism to affection: Horst Evers has once again invited a top-class ensemble of guests. This time, Florian Schroeder, Ella Carina Werner and Sebastian Lehmann will read from their works. WDR 5 will record the evening at the Comedia in Cologne.

Cabaret artist Florian Schroeder is surrounded by madness, because we are surrounded by madmen. And he has written a book about it: "Among Madmen" is a description of the state of our times. How we would love to easily separate friend from foe. But the world is not that simple. Schroeder visits the bad guys of this world and shows that they are just a mirror in which we can recognize ourselves - if we want to. The madmen are all of us.

Sebastian Lehmann comes from South Baden, but lives in Berlin. He often talks to his parents in his hometown of Freiburg on the phone and talks about it on SWR3 and RBB radioeins. He has written numerous books, most recently: "Ich hab's dir doch gleich gesagt, Sebastian."

"Horst Evers und Freunde" promises to be an evening full of inspiration, wordplay and great entertainment.
