IKAN HYU - CATCH ME IF YOU CAN TOUR

In the organizer's words:

The duo IKAN HYU have been electrifying festival and club stages with their performances since 2018, as support for acts such as Royal Blood and SOFI TUKKER, at festivals such as Fusion, Great Escape, Eurosonic, Reeperbahn and c/o Pop, or as headliners of various shows between Germany and Indonesia.

With the attitude of a modern rock duo and a unique approach to making music, IKAN HYU create the sound of a 'whole band' on stage: Anisa with a Flying V on one side and Hannah with a half acoustic-half electronic drumset on the other. The bass synth in the middle is played by the one who still has a free hand and completes the "octopus style".

With their debut album ❁ OASIS ❁ released in November 2023, the duo toured Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland as headliners. × POW ! ×, the first single from the album, won the IndieSuisse 'Song of the Year' award. A week later, IKAN HYU was placed on the '100 Artists to Watch 2024' list by IMPALA in collaboration with YouTube. In November, the duo will play their second European headline tour - with the new EP 'CATCH ME IF YOU CAN', which will be released in October.
