Depicting true love on film is almost an impossibility, it holds so many traps - from banalizing pathos and falling into social construct compulsion to conservative constancy sentimentality. And yet director Claudia Euen dares to take this step and tells the story of her grandparents - Ilse and Wolfgang, who have been together for 65 years. And not just together, it seems as if they really are still in love with each other. But it's not just about love, it's also about everyday life in old age, about the history of the 20th century and, of course, about intergenerational communication. In other words, about love as a decision and much more.
