The Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film (ITFS) will take place for the 32nd time in 2025. Over six days, the Stuttgart region will become the global center of animated film.

Founded in 1982, the ITFS has established itself as one of the world's leading events for animated film, showcasing the enormous range of animation, with interfaces to visual effects, games, architecture, art, design and music, among others. The ITFS shows how animation and games can combine technological innovation, socially relevant themes and entertainment and appeal to different target groups and generations. It celebrates animation in all its creativity and diversity in film screenings, exhibitions, lectures, workshop discussions, master classes, VR events and animated live performances.
