In the organizer's words:

The "Tables of Contents" summarize the principles of sound production that are important to Tarek Atoui. The tables contain instruments that he has developed in collaboration with others: Everyday objects as well as electronic devices that record and reproduce sound. The activation of these special arrangements enables a multitude of interactions between the objects, the musicians and the audience. The direct experience of improvisation and performance plays just as important a role as the coming together of people.

The "Tables of Contents" are regularly performed by musicians and artists.
